What types of membership do you have?
The Consortium offers two classes of membership: Promoter membership and Contributor membership. Promoter members have full rights in Coral, including the right to vote in Promoter meetings, to elect Board Directors and stand for election for the Board of Directors. Contributor members can participate in all the Group's activities, but they cannot stand for election or participate in Promoter ballots and votes.

How often does Coral Consortium meet?
Initially, in order to finish a first complete draft of our specs, we met face-to-face once every two months on average, with additional working committee meetings conducted electronically and by phone. Now that we have released a complete set of specifications, ready for deployment, we expect the formal, plenary meeting frequency to be reduced. However, working committees, such as the Architecture Working Committee, responsible for updates and for the specification of solutions to new requirements continue to meet more frequently, as needed.
